So we went here because my mates didn't want to spend a lot of time scoffing food and miss out on the drinking. Now, I understand all about priorities, but this just wasn't a good idea. This place is rather grim, a sort of take away/fried chicken joint thing. At first glance, it's mostly clean, but closer inspection is probably best left to others. The turmeric skid marks on the tables were a bit unimpressive, but there you go...
Food was unremarkable. Most curries came with about an inch and a half of oil, and were fairly tasteless. Vegetarian curries looked mostly grey, and with the texture of porridge (they were fairly spicy though...). Vegetable biryani was a mixture of white rice, peas and peppers, and to be fair, even at 3.50ish, it was too expensive.
It wasn't a great idea going here, and I'd advise you not to do it. There are plenty of good places around in Tooting for you to need to experience the grimness and despair of this place.
